Our Ethics & Compliance Program has been developed to be in accordance with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers which was published in 2003. We have also adopted and developed policies, procedures and guidelines to foster compliance with the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals (PhRMA).

Servier provides employees and third parties with an ethics hotline that allows them to report any behavior or practice that goes against the Ethics Charter, the Code of Conduct, internal standards, or applicable laws and regulations. Servier ensures the integrity and confidentiality of reports at all stages of the processing process. Even if the allegations prove to be false, no retaliation is tolerated against those who have used this mechanism in good faith.
